Brilliant, Leeds-based Marketing agency, has announced an addition to its director board with Lynne Ella Pearson stepping up from her role as head of client services to studio director. The promotion will also see Lynne become a shareholder in the company as it continues to build on its previous growth.

This announcement comes as Brilliant undergoes a recruitment drive to expand its team after significant growth over the past 12 months. Initially hit with the uncertainty that came with the first national lockdown, Brilliant’s specialism in the Food and Drink industry allowed the agency to bounce back quickly and support its retail clients as demand increased for product availability where consumers were buying more from the supermarkets and experimented with food and drink choices.

Lynne's new role will see her responsible for overseeing the operations of the creative studio of designers, photography and copywriters, with a specific focus on campaign work and branding.

Lynne said: “I’m delighted to have been offered the opportunity to become a shareholder, after almost three years in the business we have seen our team, service offering and client base grow. Brilliant has been a fantastic opportunity for me and my career has flourished with the other director’s mentorship and support. I’m very excited for the future and what we can achieve together.”

Mike Davis, managing director commented: “It’s great to have Lynne join our board of directors and become a shareholder in the business. We’ve been really impressed with Lynne’s dedication to helping us grow, so she’s a perfect fit for the role.

“We’re in a period of growth and change at the minute which is really exciting for us to shape the future of the agency and as we continue to add to the team.”
