AIM Security Services provider appoints Businesswoman as Non-Exec Chairman

Multi-award-winning Jo Haigh is appointed to the Board of Croma Security Solutions Group plc as non-executive chairman. The firm provides services to major UK and international organisations, including those operating in government departments, education, retail, and commercial sectors plus domestic clients.

Croma Security Systems Group plc is renowned for being one of the most forward-thinking professional security organisations in the UK. The primary focus is to lead the way in creating a culture of proactive security. The Group delivers solutions for domestic and corporate clients with optimum in asset and family protection.

Jo joins the Board to support the continued growth and assist in realising the Group’s goal of focusing on its successful Locks and Systems business, plus the anticipated roll-out of its security store network.

Jo is a highly experienced non-executive director, having served on over 40 boards throughout her career. She was a finalist for the 2021 Non-Executive Director Awards, in the category of Private/Private Equity-Backed, which is in association with Peel Hunt and sponsored by The Sunday Times, having previously won the award.
