Bellway is offering a range of flexible benefits worth up to £30,000 to anyone looking to buy a new home in Yorkshire this spring.

The offer forms part of Bellway’s ‘Feels like home’ campaign, which highlights the benefits of buying a new energy-efficient home and making it your own.

The campaign showcases Bellway’s refreshed look, with new branding that has been unveiled to coincide with the company’s 80th anniversary. Bellway is also celebrating having secured 5-Star Builder accreditation from the Home Builders Federation for the 10th consecutive year, and being rated excellent on Trustpilot.

Melanie Smith, sales director for Bellway Yorkshire, said: “Customers sit at the heart of every decision we take. We know that having a fresh space which they can tailor to their own style is something our buyers value highly. We also understand that people need help in different ways to make buying a new home work for them.

“Recommendations from our buyers led to us retaining our 5-Star Builder status, and customer feedback helped to shape our rebrand. Our ‘Feels like home’ campaign brings together everything that we know to be important to our customers and offers flexible incentives to enable them to make their move.”

The incentive can be used towards a deposit, as a mortgage contribution, or to personalise a home with flooring, appliances or other upgraded features.

Incentives are available on selected developments.

Feels like home – the real life story
Rachel and Richard Spivey reserved their new home on Valentine's Day last year, they fell in love with the four-bedroom Lorimer at Buttercross Meadows in Brigg. They used the Bellway Express Mover scheme to help sell their previous home with no estate agent fees. The couple made their move earlier this year and are now settled in their new home.

Rachel said: “We were never really looking to move from our old house, but once we saw the new Buttercross Meadows development nearby, we decided to make an impromptu visit and ended up finding our dream home. We fell in love with the idea of the house, it offered more space and a layout better suited to family life.”

Richard added: “As soon as we saw the four-bedroom Lorimer, it was a no brainer. The layout fit us perfectly, and although it was only down the road from our previous house, it felt like the perfect move for us as a family.”
