Hannah’s hand printed calendar is launched this month. ‘Connections’ is a series of 12 original lino prints celebrating the power of connections in everyday life. There are 16 million mass produced calendar’s sold every year.

Hannah delivers us a contrast to that mass produced product that connects us with a traditional craft in a practical yet beautiful product. With 2020 being a year defined by isolation, we look forward to 2021 where we can celebrate and re-establish those connections and Hannah’s hand printed calendar is an ideal way to do this.

Hannah Turlington is a printmaker, living and practicing in North Yorkshire, whose work is defined as fine art, designs, workshops,(both online and face to face) and commissions. Hannah specialises in telling stories with her art

She says:‘I am a story teller and I use my work to tell those stories. Sometimes they belong to me; Sometimes they belong to others but usually they belong to all of us’.

Hannah’s 2021 hand printed calendar will appeal to art lover and those looking to give a special Christmas gift to calendar loving art collectors. Each month sees a different, original signed lino printed image, mounted onto a clip board. January 2021 tells the story of settling down for a cup of tea and reconnecting with ourselves and others at the coldest time in the year. February's image of lemon & juicer tell the story of pancakes and preparation for Spring. March’s image prompts us to make do & mend and it is when we start to think of new decorating projects.

Printed onto high quality printmaking paper with light fast ink, means that the art stays vibrant for as long as needed.

Why tax returns are forcing women to rethink their careers
