Health group NLG has renewed its sponsorship of Hull City Ladies for the 2025 season, as the club looks to kick on from last year's trophy topping season.

Adam Wearing, CEO of Hessle-based NLG, said: "NLG have been a proud sponsor of Hull City Ladies for many years and want to back the club in its ambitions for further success. At the same time we also want to lend our support to the ongoing drive by Hull City Ladies to develop local female sports stars and the ladies game in the area while encouraging young people and women to keep fit and healthy."

Crowned champions of Division 1 North FA Women's National League (FAWNL) last season and now promoted to the FAWNL Northern Premier Division, Hull City Ladies currently has 160 girls registered in its FA Girls Emerging Talent Centre for U9s, U10s, U11s, U12s, U13s, U14s and U16s. The club's youth programmes include holiday camps, development centres, the Tigress Club and school partners, with a combined reach of more than 2,000 young female footballers.

Alex Robinson, head of operations at Hull City Ladies, said: "The club strives both on and off the field to enhance the women’s game within the heart of our city and nationally and we want to create a lasting legacy for local people and the surrounding region.

"So, as one of our leading sponsors, it was fantastic to see NLG Health continue to support the Tigresses including sponsoring Cath Hamill, our new centre-back signing from Leeds and September's player of the month."

To mark the occasion, 'Tillie the Tigress' showed what the opposition is up against when the Hull City Ladies' mascot paid a visit to NLG's Hessle offices entertaining staff along with the Division 1 North's FAWNL Trophy.

In addition to Hull City Ladies, NLG is active in supporting good causes and in the charity sector including the Overseas Plastic Surgery Appeal (OPSA), the international children's charity, the Sheffield-based Support Dogs charity and the Lincolnshire Emergency Blood Bikes Service (LEBBS).

As one of the UK’s most highly accredited, framework-approved healthcare recruitment agencies and consultancies, NLG offers an extensive range of specialist services to the NHS, private healthcare institutions and healthcare professionals across the country.
