Leading Yorkshire law firm Chadwick Lawrence has announced three promotions to its ‘tailored equity scheme.’

Amanda Ambler, Michelle Myers, and Natalie Glover, all from the firm's home and property division, have been promoted to equity partners, on the one-year anniversary of the firm’s tailored equity scheme.

Together with the existing members, they will help lead the 220-strong firm into its next growth phase, with a focus on staff development and professional advancement.

The firm, which is on track to achieve a turnover in excess of £16m this year, launched the scheme for senior team members who seek equity participation. The programme allows partners to access equity on non-conventional terms and tailored to each participant.

Neil Wilson, managing partner, said: “We’re delighted to promote Amanda, Natalie, and Michelle to our tailored equity scheme in reflection of their contributions to Chadwick Lawrence. Their extensive expertise in conveyancing and real estate has played a significant role in our growth, and we look forward to their continued input.

“Staff development is a priority for us at the firm and our tailored equity programme offers an essential layer of progression, helping us retain our best talent while also allowing them meaningful participation in the firm’s future.”

The addition of these new members aligns with Chadwick Lawrence's long-term vision to retain top-tier talent, foster professional growth, and maintain its reputation as a leader in the legal industry.

This strategic move reinforces the firm's commitment to excellence and positions it for sustained success.
