Today is Earth Day and marks the anniversary of the birth of the modern environmental movement, which began in 1970. For more than 50 years environmentalists have been urging people to make kinder choices for the planet. While individuals can make a certain amount of impact, it is up to companies to create sustainable practices for consumers also.

Since its inception, Frances Prescott has been clear on its approach to the planet, limiting its impact wherever possible. Striving to make better, and kinder life choices was one of the main reasons brand founder Pauline Prescott, was inspired to leave her corporate career behind and launch multi-tasking skincare brand Frances Prescott:

“I spent years travelling around the world for work, constantly weighed down by a bag full of face and body products.  Each time I emptied my suitcase, I dreamt of an alternative solution that would offer what I wanted in terms of high-quality product performance and provided the most sustainable solution in terms of ingredients and packaging. It was that simple," explains brand founder Pauline Prescott”

Today, the Frances Prescott collection includes a capsule assortment of award-winning, multi-tasking skincare products that have been specifically designed to eliminate the need for a complicated and extensive skincare routine while minimising the impact on the environment.

“Sustainability and striving to do ‘our best, and even better’ is at the core of the collection” says Pauline.

Every product in the collection is vegan-friendly and cruelty free and all components and packaging are fully recyclable. Made with ethically and sustainably sourced natural ingredients, each product has been formulated using no, or minimal water, during the production process. Happy skin and happy conscience!

As the brand continues to grow, its ethos and core values remain the same - “Innovation, conservation, efficacy and luxury remain at the heart of everything that we do”, says Prescott.

If you’re looking to minimise your skincare routine and cut back on plastics this Earth Day, TRI-BALM by Frances Prescott, the hero of the range for a reason. The signature cleansing balm works hard to effortlessly reduce your skincare routine in just one simple step. Cleanse, Exfoliate and Moisturise at once minimising time, space, and packaging while helping you achieve better skin; softer, clearer, nourished and hydrated.

This compact, yet mighty miracle product boasts a blend of botanical oils, starflower, and oats to effectively cleanse and remove impurities and make-up including stubborn mascara. Pumpkin seed enzymes gently exfoliate to instantly smooth and brighten, freshen while natural Hyaluronic acid paired with natural antioxidants, locks-in moisturiser to plump and hydrate skin all day long.

Formulated to suit all skin types, TRI-BALM is free from harmful chemicals, parabens, silicones, and synthetics.
