The Make a Date With You events are back next month with a special evening dedicated to all things menopause.

From the clothes we wear, to what we eat, our skincare and emotional and physical wellbeing, the impact the menopause and perimenopause has on our lives is huge.

On Friday 7th May at 7.30pm, we invite you to join us for an evening of support, laughter, empowerment and inspiration with an amazing variety of experts who specialize in supporting women entering and experiencing the menopause.

In partnership with Yorkshire Businesswoman magazine and in support of Smart Works Leeds, the event is brought to you by Yorkshire based surgeon and founder of Time to Bloom, Lubna Khan-Salim and Carrie Beecroft Sinnott, founder of Flow Life Yoga.

As in previous Make a Date with You events, there is an option to purchase a pay-it-forward ticket which will be donated to a service user of Smart Works Leeds.

The first 50 £25 tickets sold will receive a complimentary goodie bag including the book, The Complete Guide to the Menopause by Annice Mukherjee - as Jenny Powell said "We all need this book in our lives! Annice is a saviour in hormone hell.

Book your ticket now at https://menowell.eventbrite.co.uk
