National pensions law firm announces new senior associate in Leeds

National specialist pensions law firm Arc Pensions Law is delighted to announce the promotion of Claire Goodby to senior associate. Claire joined Arc in November 2019 as an associate and is based in Leeds.

Claire advises employers and trustees on all aspects of pensions law, including in relation to compliance and governance, third party agreements and contingent assets.

Claire has particular expertise in working with and advising on defined benefit schemes, hybrid pension arrangements, and corporate activity including acquisitions, disposals, group reorganisations and joint ventures.

Commenting on her appointment tClaire said: “I am delighted to be moving onto the next stage of my career with Arc – the firm has a stellar reputation for advising on the most novel and complex pensions issues and I look forward to contributing to our continued success in the years to come.
