Blue Pavilion, the highly anticipated, premium Oriental restaurant from the owners of Blue Sakura, has announced its official opening date of 30th October.

After months of preparation, Blue Pavilion will officially open its doors to the vibrant heart of Leeds, promising an unforgettable dining and entertainment experience.

Building on the success of the hugely popular Blue Sakura – an exceptional Japanese dining experience which has become a firm favourite amongst Leeds foodies – the team is excited to introduce the same commitment to quality and innovation to Chinese cuisine with its latest venture.

Located within the Merrion Centre in Leeds, the £3 million Blue Pavilion venue is set to bring a touch of elegance and culinary excellence to the city's dining scene.

Culinary enthusiasts can look forward to a diverse and tantalizing menu that combines centuries-old traditions with modern creativity and exquisite presentation.

With both set menus and an a la carte menu on offer, diners can experience the rich tapestry of flavours, textures, and aromas that reflect the diverse regional cuisines of China.

The drinks menu also includes a range of fine wines, including Chateau Haut-Brion Pessac-Leognan 1996, premium cocktails such as “Jiuzhaigou Hu” which is created with Roku, Aperitif Wine, Blue Curacao, Lemon, and Bitters. The menu also includes exclusive spirits, including The Macallan Sherry Oak (25-year-old).

The restaurant, which also boasts three private dining rooms that can accommodate between 11 and eight guests, isn’t just set to become a landmark destination for foodies, but also an after-hours hub of entertainment. The site features a state-of-the-art adjoining karaoke venue, K-CUBE, where patrons can enjoy singing their hearts out in a private and stylish setting. The largest of the three private dining rooms also has its own private karaoke room.

"We are excited to announce the official opening date of Blue Pavilion in Leeds. We can't wait to welcome guests to our beautiful venue and provide them with an unmatched experience,” said Director, Jack Lin at Blue Pavilion.

Chiu Tong Huang, Director at Blue Pavilion, added: "Our team has worked tirelessly to create a truly unique dining and entertainment experience that showcases the rich flavors of Chinese cuisine and the joy of karaoke.”
