T-minus 3 days, the She Has No Limits Conference is nearly here

With only a couple of days to go, the She Has No Limits conference is rearing to go. This woman-centric conference is aimed at empowering women by giving them career support and advice.

Lockdown has presented many challenges, and this crisis has disproportionately affected women, with more women losing their jobs in comparison to men. This initiative wanted to get women back on track, helping them to grow their confidence, overcome barriers and come back stronger than before.

The conference has a huge list of influential speakers lined up for the one-day event, with over 30 speakers presenting inspiring stories and leading experts giving insights and tools. Alongside the already jam-packed line-up of amazing speakers, Baroness Berridge, Minister for Women will be opening the event with an important message for all delegates.

Aside from the speeches, attendees will also have the opportunity to participate with two coaching workshops available on the day. These will be led by experienced coaches who will help guests harness their strengths and move forward with their careers.

Another exciting development for the conference is the new community platform that has been designed to complement the conference. Michelle Goodall and Vaby Endrojono-Ellis at Guild have developed a messaging app that will be working alongside the conference to curate, corral and support professional women. This community will remain beyond the conference for any future events, in order to continue to support women for however long they may need it.

Attendees will be able to join like-minded women and be motivated to achieve their career ambitions. The conference will be taking place on the 24th September from 9am-5pm. If you are interested in attending the event, then you are able to book tickets via their website. They have also introduced a ‘pay it forward’ scheme where any guest can buy a ticket at half the price and the organisers will pass this onto anyone whom the ticket price is a barrier, making the event as inclusive as possible.
