Chocolate lovers can indulge in a special Valentine’s Day experience at Hotel Chocolat in Leeds – complete with chocolate tastings, goodie bags and discounts.

The Valentine’s Day Tasting Experiences on Friday, February 14th & Saturday, February 15th include special Valentine’s Day-themed twists, with hosts guiding guests through some of the world’s finest chocolate.

Samuel Long, general manager at Hotel Chocolat at Trinity Leeds, said: “What could be more romantic than sharing an intimate evening with your loved ones, indulging in deliciously, decadent delights?

“Our guests will be warmly welcomed in from the cold and guided upstairs to our romantically-themed venue, where a freshly chilled glass of prosecco awaits them.”

Guests will learn how to taste chocolate like a connoisseur, identifying the subtle nuances in single origin varieties and learning how these complexities develop through the ‘Rare & Vintage’ chocolate range.

East guest will also receive a goody bag of luxury chocolate treats to take home, plus discounts on purchases in-store.

Hotel Chocolat will also celebrate Valentine’s Day by launching a special ‘Date Night’ gift box, exclusive to the store at Trinity Leeds.

Filled with chocolate treats, it includes a café experience voucher for a bottle of prosecco and chocolate tasting selection for two, including a special sundae (with two spoons, of course) and a menu card to take you through a self-guided tasting journey.

The ‘Date Night’ gift box includes champagne truffles, 40% milk chocolate hearts, a miniature bottle of Chocolate Cream Liqueur and a gift voucher for Hotel Chocolat café experience.

Also available at the Hotel Chocolat café is a limited edition raspberry and vanilla white hot chocolate topped with cocoa whip, raspberry and meringue pieces and a cherry blossom shard with cherry crystals.

A ‘Sweetheart Sundae’ is also available, with ice cream, raspberry sauce, raspberries and meringue, topped with a cherry blossom shard.

The gift boxes are priced at £50 and are available at the Hotel Chocolat store at Trinity Leeds.
