Yorkshire Businesswoman magazine launches

I am delighted today to announce the launch of Yorkshire Businesswoman magazine, that is available here on our website.
For some time we have felt that women across the region have been under represented and wanted to change that by creating a dedicated magazine. We have created a platform for all businesswomen across Yorkshire to come together and share their stories, ideas, views, opinions with other women. We hope we have achieved this. Do let us have your thoughts, share with us your ideas and your stories. We will endeavour to publish as much as we can.
We want this new magazine to belong to you, our readers. We want you to tell us what features you would like to see. We want to talk about successful women and those who have faced difficult times but have bounced back.
Our cover story features the Channel 4 managing director Sinead Rocks who has shared with us her journey from her home in Ireland, working for the BBC before switching to Channel 4 and arriving here in Yorkshire.
Due to the pandemic we have not been able to launch with an event, so this is a bit of a soft launch, but we will, at some point, hopefully during 2021 have a celebratory event when we can all gather and toast this new magazine.
