This is Yorkshire Beauty Week is next month with a host of events taking place between 22-26 May!

Created by Yorkshire Businesswoman member, Dr Lubna Khan-Salim the aim of the week is to put the spotlight on the key issues and topics that are important to women including representation in beauty, sustainability, health and wellbeing. It’s the first time a week like this has taken place in Yorkshire so we’re delighted to be supporting this fabulous event!

Yorkshire Businesswoman is the event partner for The Rut to Rocking evening event on Tuesday 23rd May at Koncept Studios in Leeds city centre. This fun evening is all about feeling good about yourself, designed to give you some inspiration when it comes to make up, hair styling and fashion.
The experts joining us on the evening include:

  • Abi from Blow me Bouncy who will be sharing her essential hair products and multi-use tools, plus showing off a day to night easy look you can recreate
  • Make up maestro, Katie is giving her top tips on make up looks to suit all ages and her favourite products
  • Dawn from Apparel Boutique will be showing the impact of colour and what wardrobe pieces work for lots of different ages and body types
  • Plus, Spirit Sisters will be joining us to hand out your welcome drink – AND there’s a top up during the evening too!

Tickets are limited so please book yours at: https://www.thisisyorkshirebeauty.com/rut-to-rocking

You can check out the full list of events at www.thisisyorkshirebeauty.com/get-involved including venues such as John Lewis, Harvey Nichols, The Body Shop, The Ivy and Grantley Hall to name a few hosting events across Yorkshire during the week!
