Harvey Nichols Leeds has just revealed its new Fourth Floor Bar having undergone a springtime glow-up and brand-new menu. The iconic store has given the bar a cake and champagne theme, making it the perfect destination for shoppers to unwind after partaking in a spot of retail therapy across its five floors of luxury.

A carefully curated selection of premium Champagnes, fine wines and new expertly crafted cocktails will be available, complemented by an irresistible selection of sweet treats. Mocktails, soft drinks and specialist teas and coffee will also be available.

Customers can expect to find beautiful freshly made handmade cakes, created using the finest ingredients and mouth-watering recipes.

Classic cakes such as Victoria Sponge and Lemon Meringue Tart have been given a contemporary twist, whilst the Vanilla and Red Velvet Cheesecake gives the beloved American recipe an indulgent update. Elsewhere on the menu, the Pistachio Eclair and Carrot and Walnut Cake with Vanilla Mascarpone will delight even the most discerning cake connoisseurs.

Open Wednesday to Sunday, the cake and champagne bar reaffirms Harvey Nichols’ status as the number one destination for deluxe clothing, beauty, food and drink in the city. The bar sits proudly alongside the Fourth Floor Brasserie restaurant making it the ideal spot for a pre-dinner cocktail.

The eye-catching space, filled with plush furnishings, neon’s and bespoke furniture will also be home to a variety of unique events throughout the year outside its usual opening hours. Customers can expect exclusive one-off events, beauty demonstrations, masterclasses and wine and spirit exploration evenings.

Store manager Sally Lackey said: ‘We wanted to create a new space for customers to enjoy away from the bustling restaurant and shop floor. Our new concept brings together our favourite things perfectly and we can’t wait to reveal the upcoming events and takeovers coming this summer’
