SALT Leeds City just launches details on their irresistible new bottomless brunch concept, guests will be able to indulge in a fine selection of gourmet cheese and charcuterie, as well as 90 minutes of free-flowing drinks.

The brunch offering is a collaboration between the award-winning SALT Beer Factory-owned bar and The Cheesy Living Co. - an indie Leeds deli that specialises in the art of cheese and charcuterie.

The brunch is priced at just £34.95 per person and includes delights such as Charcoal Cheddar, Truffle Gouda, Monmouthshire Pork Collar, Cracked Black Pepper Salami, Leeds Blue, Waterloo Brie, and Spicy Smoked Paprika Chorizo.

The feast comes served with Nocella olives, sun-dried tomatoes, cucumber and gin relish, caramelised balsamic onions and sea salt crackers. There will also be one of the most extensive selections of bottomless drinks available to complement the food.

This includes the popular SALT Jute Session IPA and the crisp and refreshing YØN Lager from Ossett Brewery. Prosecco and no less than 8 different Cocktails ‘On Tap’ making this the fastest serve bottomless in town.

The bars' Cocktails ‘ON Tap’ have helped to dramatically reduce queuing times and have been a hit in the Leeds bar since launching last summer due to their authentic flavours. Options include a Salted Caramel Espresso Martini, Aperol Spritz, Passion Fruit Martini, and the Strawberry & Rhubarb Cosmo.

SALT Leeds City has amassed a loyal following in a short time and is renowned for its vibrant interiors, eclectic music, and of course, an exceptional collection of locally sourced craft beers and ales.

Speaking ahead of the Bottomless launch, Kirk Lakin said: "Bottomless brunch deals are everywhere these days, but we wanted to do something a bit different. Who can resist one that combines award-winning ales with Cheesy Living Co. cheese and charcuterie? On top of that, our customers can enjoy bottomless Prosecco and eight fast-serve draught cocktails."

"August Bank Holiday is always a big weekend in Leeds, and we can’t wait to see the response to our bottomless collaboration. Our customers can also expect some great music and a lively atmosphere."
