Yorkshire Businesswoman member and curve model Rachel Peru and mature model Annie Stirk, together with other silver ladies will be taking to the catwalk for a fabulous vintage inspired fashion show and afternoon tea at the grand 16th century Goldsborough Hall, Knaresborough on 30 September.

The event is part of York Fashion Week and will celebrate grey, white and silver haired women. The ladies are expecting up to 90 guests who will gather in the hall's orangery and will be hosted by former Calendar news presenter and Yorkshire Businesswoman ambassador Christine Talbot.

The event will be a collaboration between award winning make-up artist Sonia Schofield, stylist Sara Anson and photographer Olivia Brabbs.

The proceeds from the afternoon tea will support York women's charity Kyra who provide courses, therapies and events for vulnerable women.

TopicUK editor Gill Laidler and executive Mandy Taylor will be attending and will share the experience in the following Yorkshire Businesswoman magazine.
