From a handcrafted afternoon tea to The Festive Surprise, a luxury dessert, and an exclusive cocktail, celebrate Christmas this year with Laurent-Perrier and The Ivy Asia, Leeds.
The Ivy Asia’s limited edition dessert, The Festive Surprise (£10.95), a chocolate brownie with white chocolate snow, mandarin sorbet and yuzu caramel, is designed to be an interactive advent calendar experience offering guests the opportunity to win Champagne-inspired gifts each day. One lucky winner who orders The Festive Surprise will receive the Golden Ticket. This grand prize will include a deluxe trip for two people to visit the renowned Laurent-Perrier Maison, typically unopened to the public, in the quintessential Champagne region, Northwestern France. The Festive Surprise can be enjoyed alongside The Ivy Asia’s ever-admired dinner menu, or the specially curated afternoon tea.
Toast to the winter months with the Maison’s classic Cuvée Rosé, or, for those who seek that extra special serve, guests may choose to sip upon the exclusively concocted Laurent-Perrier x The Ivy Asia cocktail, the Pink Kurisumasu (£17.95), consisting of passion fruit liqueur, supasawa, pink grapefruit syrup and topped with Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé.
The Champagne Laurent-Perrier x The Ivy Asia Afternoon Tea menu (£39.95) highlights include handmade aromatic duck spring rolls, steaming vegetable dumplings and hand rolled ripe avocado maki rolls. Finish this with a selection of Japanese mochi, with fresh mini chocolate samurai and warm passionfruit & coconut doughnuts.
From 16th November, the Ivy Asia’s signature blossom trees will be given a theatrical twist, welcoming guests to the festive experience. The Champagne Laurent-Perrier x The Ivy Asia Christmas experience begins on Thursday, 1st December until Thursday, 24th December. The curated dessert is available for £10.95 per person, and the afternoon tea is £39.95 per person. The experience will be running across all eight UK sites including Guildford, Brighton, Cardiff, Leeds, Manchester, plus Mayfair, Chelsea and St. Paul’s. The Ivy Asia, Manchester will not be serving the exclusive afternoon tea experience. Vegan and vegetarian options are available.
