The Springs retail and leisure centre at Thorpe Park, Leeds has announced a series of exciting festive events and attractions to engage all the community and help to support local charities this Christmas.

From 30th November The Springs is inviting families to hunt for all nine of Santa’s trusty Reindeers, hidden in store windows. By collecting an entry form at Betty Loves Candles, children can search and match each Reindeer to stores, collect a free festive treat, and enter for a chance to win a game of golf, meal and drinks for all the family at Puttstars.

On 9th and 10th December, Santa’s cheeky Elves will be visiting The Springs to hand out festive treats while recruiting honorary Elves with Santa’s Little Helper Hats. Strawberry Fields Primary School will entertain visitors with an atmospheric choir performance at The Springs on 13th December and on 16th December The Salvation Army Band will be at The Springs with a festive musical ensemble.

On 17th December, Arriva will be on site with its festive bus offering drivers’ seat fun alongside a festive arts and crafts workshop and free goodies from friendly Elves. Also, on 17th The Springs is hosting a Santa’s Grotto in partnership with Leeds Children’s Charity at Lineham Farm. Children are invited to come along and meet Santa and receive a selection box for a cost of £3 with all proceeds going to the charity.

Alongside the fun and celebration, The Springs is encouraging donations to two very important local community charities this year. A dedicated Donation Station will be operating between 20th November and 11th December, collecting for Lineham Farm as well as homeless charity St George’s Crypt Leeds.

The Springs is a 350,000 sq ft shopping and leisure attraction located at the heart of award-winning business destination, Thorpe Park, Leeds at Junction 46 of the M1. Outlets include Next, Boots, M&S, TK Maxx, The Range, Dunelm, JD, H&M, Fat Face, Hotel Chocolat, Pure Gym, Nandos, Costa Coffee, Pret A Manger, Odeon Luxe and many more.

Thorpe Park Leeds is strategically located with its own dedicated access at Junction 46 of the M1. More than 900,000 sq ft of office space is already built, supporting over 5,500 jobs. The ongoing new development at Thorpe Park Leeds was enabled following a unique £162 million investment deal with Legal & General Capital in 2015.
