Stressed-out shoppers can relax and unwind with special yoga sessions at Trinity Leeds.

After-work yoga sessions will include warm-ups to release tension and tightness, standing poses to strengthen and stretch, and deep relaxation with an optional mini neck and shoulder massage, using Neal’s Yard soothing essential oils.

The yoga classes will be held at Clicks and Mortar on the lower level of Trinity Leeds, every Thursday at 6pm, from now until March 26th.

Clicks and Mortar is run by small business support network Enterprise Nation, and is part of Trinity Leeds’ BLX BX project which brings together both established retailers and independent scenes.

Danielle Harris, Marketing Manager at Trinity Leeds, said: “We’re really excited to offer this unique opportunity for visitors at Trinity Leeds.

“Whether you’re unwinding after a busy day at work, taking a break during a shopping trip, or just having some well-deserved downtime, these yoga sessions will help you feel refreshed and relaxed.”

Yoga classes are open to all levels, and guests will need to bring their own mat.
