Zara will open a new flagship store at Trinity Leeds – upsizing and relocating into the centre from its current location on Briggate.
The new 46,000 sq ft store will take over Trinity Leeds’ former Topshop unit, and will include Zara’s woman, man, and kids collections over three floors.

The new store is expected to open in 2024 and will showcase the latest technological innovations from Zara's integrated online and physical store platform to give customers a seamless shopping experience.

The move is part of an optimisation plan from Zara’s parent group Inditex, which encompasses bigger, better and more beautiful stores in the best retail destinations globally.

Steven Foster, centre director at Trinity Leeds, said: “We’ve been working hard on securing a top retailer for the impressive unit that Topshop previously occupied, and we’re so pleased that Zara has seized the opportunity to create an exciting new shopping experience for guests within this incredible space at Trinity Leeds.

“This big signing is proof that prime retail locations like Trinity Leeds, which sits in the heart of the city centre, continue to be in demand, and we can’t wait for people to see what Zara has planned.”

Zara follows a number of brands including Levi, Space NK and Nespresso which have relocated into Trinity Leeds from elsewhere in the city for a more prime retail location.
